Sin is an entrepreneur that had a dream of building the best city ever, he came and built Otakumachi from the ground up and after a while became the mayor, citizens came from all corners of the globe and they all called Otakumachi "home".
Appearance[]
Sin is a tall well built man with short-ish hair. His fascination with swordsmen has led him to always carry a long sword at his side which tends to intimidate some people.
Personality[]
To most people Sin is a seemingly nice and friendly individual, in reality he's someone that's apathetic to most and has a lack of care for most people. The things he does all are done with a goal in mind. Sin will do anything to accomplish his goal, and with it go through anyone if need be.
History[]
As the person that built Otakumachi he doesn't have much of a history prior to it. All that he demonstrates through the city is seemingly beneficial, but his ulterior motives are not known at this time.

Ability[]
Dark Aura: Dark Aura is an ability that Sin developed throughout the years, with it he releases his presence wherever he goes severely intimidating anyone with a lower intelligence then him. This stuns them for several seconds leaving them completely open to the rest of his attacks. The only weakness for Dark Aura is that someone with the same or higher intelligence will be able to resist Sin's presence and avoid the attacks affect completely.
- 'Aura Blade: Using his Dark Aura Sin can envelop his blade in it, turning the blade dark and making every slash create a shock wave that envelops a radius of 500m. If the speed of the attacked is greater than Sin's accuracy they'll be able to avoid it. He can also use the Aura Blade in close combat, the aura around the blade can expand creating a larger blade than normal giving Sin a large reach even in closer combat.
