The High Culture District lies in the north of the city, near the edge. Alot of artists can be found lingering around this district. One of the staffmembers can be found lingering around in this area and stepping in on fights in the competition area. It is said the staffmember's secret mansion is somewhere in this district.
Galleries[]
The district has several galleries where artists show their work. The galleries lie in the Eastern part of the district and are quite peaceful. Artists and art-lovers help eachother out by giving advice for improvement.
Competition area[]
The western part of the district is less peaceful. This is where several artistic battles are fought. People compete against eachother with their artwork and at times it can even lead to terrible bloodbaths.
